Európai Sajtódíj 2021 A 2012-ben alapított rangos Európai Sajtódíj (European Press Prize) évről évre négy kategóriában díjazza az európai újságírók kiemelkedő teljesítményeit. A pályázatok benyújtásának határideje: 2020. december 11 . European Press Prize 2021 Before sending in your work, please read this information carefully. The 2021 edition of the European Press Prize is open for entries from October 1 until December 11, 2020. Who can enter? Journalists from all 47 countries of Europe as defined by the Council of Europe are eligible to enter their work. Journalists working in Europe and journalists writing for a European media organisation or blog can submit their work. The work submitted must have a publication date between December 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020. Number of articles We ask you kindly to not submit articles that are longer than 5,000 words. Articles beyond that limit put a heavy strain on our translation resources and judging committees. Please submit only one article per person for the categories: Investigative Reporting, Distinguished Reporting and Innovation Award. For the Opinion Award you can enter three pieces per person. If your work is part of a series, you are welcome to mention this in the entry form. If you want to enter two or three different articles for the Opinion category, make sure to fill out the application form two or three separate times for each article. Different types of journalism Text should be the predominant part of your entry. Our current judging procedure is set up to judge written journalism (with supporting material). Unfortunately, this means that at this time we are not equipped to judge podcasts, documentaries, movies, TV broadcasts, and other types of journalism that do not have a core of written journalism. Language of the article Please submit your article in the language of the original publication. Articles selected for the longlist will be translated into English. If you have an English translation or wish to arrange your own translation, feel free to do so. Please submit this translation with your application. If you do not have an English translation, you can enter your work in the original language of the publication. A forrásteremtésnél ezt alig kell magyarázni, hiszen elméletben forrást szerezni enyhén szólva marhaság. Ezért arra kérem, hogy az egyes levelekben olvasottakat azonnal valósítsa meg a gyakorlatban.
